Be challenged to get up early and practice daily! A great way to start the day and to dip your toe into the possibility of developing an early morning routine of yoga practice.

6:30 – 7:30am
Monday to Friday
(once per 6 weeks)
$80 (gives you a further 3 weeks of unlimited attendance once booked)

Daily sun salutes, stretches and asanas in the tradition of Ashtanga yoga. Daily themed meditation and short rest to finish. Suitable for beginners, though all welcome. Guided class.
