Kids

The Kids classes will start with the
school term, and break for the holidays.

Beginners

From time to time we hold Ashtanga Beginners Intro classes and workshops, though you can start coming to most of the classes straight away. The self-practice Mysore style is the gentler and better option for the beginner (despite the practice room’s focussed and disciplined atmosphere) as it enables the student to go at their own pace. It can be helpful to have done a few ‘talked thru’ or ‘led’ classes first to get a snap-shot the practice. 2nd Term

Wednesdays 2nd May – 23 May. 7:30 – 8:30pm weekly
Thursdays 26th April – 17 May. 7:30 – 8:30pm weekly

3rd Term

Wednesdays 18th July – 8th August. 7:30 – 8:30pm weekly
Thursdays 19th July – 9 August. 7:30 – 8:30pm weekly

4th Term

Wednesdays 17th October – 7th November. 7:30 – 8:30pm weekly
Thursdays 18th October – 8th November. 7:30 – 8:30pm weekly

$50 course cost or $15 per class. Covering fundaments of Ashtanga yoga, introduction to the Mysore style, learning the sequence and a look at the philosophy behind yoga. Please send an email if you wish to book in or have questions.
