Led Meditation Sessions with elke emerald

30 minute led meditation sessions using a Still Moment breathing technique as an entry point into a range of other meditation techniques.

Using breath, body awareness and visualisation techniques that access the moment by moment peaceful now.

Tuesdays 4:30 – 5:00pm
Wednesdays 5:00 – 5:20pm
Fridays 8:45 – 9:10am

Cost: These sessions are included in your membership or in the cost of any other class you have attended in the same week. Please pay a koha if you have not attending yoga classes. Beginners are very welcome.

On a very rare occasion, elke may not be here to lead, you are welcome to enter the meditation space and enjoy your own meditation practice at these times.

*If you are late, please just enter the meditation space silently and join in.
