Beginners Ashtanga Courses 2014

Ashtanga yoga involves a steady and persistent breath known as Ujaii and a foundational set of flowing sequences called the Sun Salutations. Book into a 3 day Introductory course and come and experience this amazing form of yoga for yourself.

Introductory Course – 3 day intensive
Saturday to Monday:

Saturday 11:00am – 1:00pm — Introduction to the practice and the ‘Ujaii breath’ and sun salutes A and B

Sunday 10:00 – 11:45am —  Further work on the practice, looking at the standing poses. A talk on yoga philosophy. Qu and An about yoga and the studio.

Monday 6:00 – 7pm— Be a part of the regular Mysore class, guided by your course teacher.

Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday – your choice of one more Mysore class within the same week.
