There’s a Beginners Course to Ashtanga Yoga starting this week. There are still places left.
In the course you’ll get a slow and steady start to our beloved art in the form of 4 weeks of looking at the sun salutes, breath work, the fundamental aspects of Dristhi, Bhandas, Ujaii breath and the flow of Vinyasa method. We also pick apart a few of the other poses and discuss ways of ‘being’ in a Mysore class.
Starts Thursday 18th with a 7:30 – 8:30pm class. (And I know a new series of Downtown Abbey starts this Thursday at 8:30, so we’ll be quick smart to finish!) 😉
