> Fridays Mums n Babies Yoga session, for the good of Mums, stretching and resting (and heaps of space for babies and toddlers to roam and be) 11am – 12pm
> Mondays Young and Pre-Teens Ashtanga Yoga, for meditation, health, fitness and fun (…mostly in learning a new language and getting into some crazy positions) 3:45 – 4:35pm
> Tuesdays Littlies 3 – 6yrs old General Yoga, for all of the above reasons and lots of story telling (from me and them) 3:40 – 4:15pm
