Hi everyone, hope you’ve had a nice easy break from the routine of daily life and feel ready to slowly step back to classes at Sun Salute.
‘I want to get back into yoga this year’ could be high on your list. Come on down!
This year we will not only have our daily classes oriented towards movement and stretching but also some opportunities for meditation and study.
New classes this year are:
Midday Mysore Wednesdays
General Hatha Yoga Tuesday mornings
Gentle Yoga using chairs and props Wednesday afternoons
Sutra study sessions Saturday afternoons
Weekly beginners to Ashtanga Mysore and Led.
Chant and meditation sessions once per month
The full timetable will be running from February. New classes commence slowly throughout January. Kids classes won’t start back till late Feb.
