Ashtanga and General Hatha Yoga

Next Beginners Ashtanga Course starts 21 February 2013

This is a once a week, 4 week course which enables a supportive beginners environment to show the fundamental aspects of practicing this amazing method of yoga – breath, focus, strength and continuous movement.  We will look at what is required to be in the quiet and disciplined environment of the self-practice ‘Mysore-style’ class room and also ways of remembering the sequence and a little bit of work on the key poses in the first part of the series. A discussion or question and answer opportunity to explore the philosophy of yoga is also offered.

Cost $50 ($45 for students)
