This mini course, originally recorded for The 31 Club in January 2025, explores the seven Chakras and how they influence your overall wellbeing.

Each day focuses on one Chakra—where it is located in the body, what it represents, and how imbalances might show up when energy is blocked or overactive.

Alongside these insights, you’ll be guided through movement on the mat, with each practice designed to support and balance the Chakra of the day.

Through this lens of energy, you’ll begin to notice what feels open, what feels stuck, and how to bring your system back into balance.

Your one time $14 purchase allows you access permanently.

This makes the class a very moving and powerful experience where I feel very connected to myself and my higher wisdom”

Just a quiet spot to stretch out, and a device to watch the class from (computer, phone etc).

A yoga mat would be great. A towel or blanket and cushion are good to have on hand if needed.

You’ll need a sturdy chair (with no arms) for the chair yoga classes.

It would be lovely to have a quiet private space where you won’t be interrupted.

You’ll need to move/shift very carefully in relation to your injury. Sit in a chair or use bolsters and pillows for any sitting poses. Steady yourself by a wall for any standing postures.
