Please note that this popular class now starts at 6pm (6 – 7:30pm). The class is not really suitable for absolute beginners. If you’ve had some yoga asana experience and know some of the basic postures (downward and upward dog, warrior pose, triangle pose etc) and understand the disciplined and often hardworking nature of yoga, you’re welcome to attend. The class is taught to encourage moving without stopping (Vinyasa style) through most of the Primary series up to Badha konasana, suitable for recent beginners and experienced practitioners.
