Ashtanga and General Hatha Yoga

Update and QUEENS Birthday no classes.

Hi everyone.

Great to see so many people coming along to classes. The colder, darker weather tends to bring people indoors more I know, but none the less feels like a lot of people cottoning on to the good feeling that yoga brings!

The intensive went very well. People showed great metal getting up every morning early to do the same routine again and again. Which is we think something to cherish about the practice! It’s like a lovely constant in your life, albiet one that sometimes argues back and dishes up a few surprises. Look out for more regular intensives on the timetable.

Coming soon is a new and improved library at the studio. It’ll be structured with a little borrowing system and people will be encouraged to bring books that have inspired them to either donate or lend to the library.

I am keen to promote the Kids Ashtanga Yoga for  11-13 year olds on Mondays 3:45 – 4:35 $6 . The two super stars coming already Isabella and Zac are proving themselves with marvelous shows of strength, endurance, interest, natural talent and much giggling. It is fantastic. Please enquire further if your child or someone you know might be interested.

The upcoming Beginners Ashtanga Yoga course starting June 6 for 4 weeks is now full and closed. The next course available starts July 18.

And finally. There will be no classes this coming Monday on account of the Queens Birthday public holiday. There will be a class on the Saturday of that weekend.

Namaste
Katie
