BodyTalk works directly with the body’s innate capacity for self-healing through balancing, harmonising and synchronising communication between all cells and all systems of the whole body-mind complex. It is non evasive, and can be applied to a wide variety of issues including pain, anxiety, sleep, phobias and behaviour.
Enjoy a therapeutic massage from the treatment room in Sun Salute. Woven throughout the sessions are deep tissue, mirimiri (intuitive healing massage), mahi o wairua, and reflexology work. Blended altogether with natural body oils.
