Ashtanga and General Hatha Yoga

Intro to Yoga

Begin yoga with an introductory session looking at the fundamentals of the practice and the etiquette of being in a class. A focus on the asana, mantra and pranayama you might come across in classes and a brief intro to the philosophy and history of yoga. 

This session will still be suitable if you’ve recently started yoga and the 2nd day is for you if you are curious about Ashtanga and what it involves.

You can come to one or both classes. If you are completely new to yoga, please come to the first class before you come to the Ashtanga focussed class.

Suitable for absolute or recent beginners at any level or age.

Class 2
Selected weekend days
3:30 – 5:30pm

A look at the focus, strength and continuous movement of breath inspired Ashtanga yoga. Also a discussion on pursuing this discipline and how to integrate it into your life.
*Suitable for beginners with reasonable mobility.

Pay per class or pay $60 for the two classes.
